Refund Policy

Subscription services
Customers may cancel subscription renewals before the next billing date. Unless required by law or stated in a written agreement, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable after the service period begins.
Implementation projects
Project deposits and milestone payments are refundable only for work not yet started. Once implementation work has begun, refunds are evaluated based on completed work, delivered materials, and the written project scope.
Service issues
If a billing error occurs or a paid service is not delivered according to the accepted scope, customers should contact us within 14 days. We will review the issue and may offer a correction, service credit, partial refund, or refund when appropriate.
How to request a refund
Email support@sxcmykey.top with the invoice number, business name, payment date, and reason for the request.
