1. Services
SXC MyKey LLC provides AI automation software, workflow implementation, and business productivity services. Services may include configuration, software access, integration planning, support, and project documentation.
2. Accounts and authorized use
Customers are responsible for using our services lawfully and for providing accurate business, billing, and contact information. Our services are business software and implementation services, not financial services.
3. Billing
Fees are shown on our website, order forms, invoices, or written service quotes. Subscription services renew according to the selected plan unless canceled before the next billing date. Project fees are billed according to the accepted quote.
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers must not use our services for illegal activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, unauthorized resale, credential abuse, spam, malware, or unauthorized access to third-party systems.
5. Service changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue a service feature when needed for security, compliance, maintenance, or operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers of material changes.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SXC MyKey LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.
